At the moment as I stood on the balcony, I saw this very strange object hovering in all directions unlike anything that I know of a deformed object totally noiseless he stood at the central vertical Cattenom at the same altitude during 1min then he got into hovering in all directions toward the clouds, he would do pretty nearly 5 to 6 meters.
